This is "Pax", my Golden Retriever. Pax seemed to have a terrific day with all the kids and other dogs yesterday at Solomons Town Centre Hallowen Parade. You will notice in the second picture he's pulling our friend Jacob because he wants to be the leader of the pac. The winners of the pet parade "Max & Megan" are in the lead. Jacob, are little friend said to me at the end of the day. "Wow, I think I would like to come to work with you more often. You all have a lot of fun." LOL! Kids and dogs what better way to spend Halloween!

I joined ActiveRain on July 12, 2007 and embarrassed to say, didn't make my first post until August 1, 2008. My next post was February 2009. I raised the bar and made 3 posts in April 2009. Lol! My posts were booted off of many groups for posting the wrong information to the incorrect group. It didn't take long to figure that one out! 
I guess you need to crawl before you can walk. I finally got it this year in March. The ActiveRain addiction took over. The rain is falling on me now! 
In the last month or so, I have received 2 listings and 2 sales from my blog. Today I received 3 phone calls just . One listing appointment and 2 buyers. ActiveRain is just so amazing! Here are the 1st place winners in the pet costume parade at Solomons Towne Centre! I can't express the laughter and joy these two boxers Max(Mickey) and Megan (Minnnie) showing her nickers. Owner and proud father, Ron Lemmon (CENTURY 21 New Millenniumn) You will notice the succession of pictures. Minnie's panties started to fall down so, Ron Lemmon had to fix them. The ladies dress needed to be proper. We had a great turn out and it was a blast! Thanks for all who supported us and come back next year.

Zig Ziglar! For those of us in the Real Estate Industry know the statue of a man Zig Zigglar. In an instant everything changed. Zig Zigler fell down the stairs at home and had a severe brain injury. Life changes dramatically. We have all had a circumstance when thing are just life altering. Zig Zigler did, a brain injury. My brother did too and he worked through it. My brother , and am very proud and love him so much, is more successful than he was before. Zig did NOT give up. He triumphed! Zig spoke about his life altering experiences and had nothing to hide. Zig wants to spread the knowledge that he has learned and mor epower to him. Times are tough in our life, but those with the will and and courage like Zig Zigler will embrace, learn and then teach to us how to persevere and succeed. Don't ever give up!

For all those that have been waiting, I don't think it is going to get better than this. Home Pirices have declined from 30-70% across the nation. Rates are historically low and should rise due to the new government debt. Rates are expected to go up over the next three years because of inflation and over supply of Debt.
The government loans are good loans. 100% financing is still available. RD Loan funding should be available within the next 30 days. I have a feeling that this money will go fast. So take advantage of it while the money is available.
