Managed a successful real estate office with 25 sales associates and three administrative staff members.

•§ Hired and trained administrative staff members and sales associates

•§ Wrote business plans, created budgets, managed cash flow, and wrote policy and procedure manual for company.

•§ Supervised, advised and was personally responsible for all listing and sales agreements contracts generated by sales associates.

•§ Provided training on the Code of Ethics, risk management, contracts, prospecting for business and the basic tenants of real estate for new and experienced agents.

•§ Attended continuing education classes on a regular basis to stay informed about changes in real estate law and the real estate industry in general.
