I am a native Texan who lived in Houston all of my life. I recently acheived one of my goals to move to a more rual setting when i relocated to College Station. I love this town and the surroundings. As someone who has just reloacted, I see a definite need for my services here. As a college town most people relocate here from elsewhere and yet I am finding that most real estate adds do not have virtual tours and a lot do not even have pictures. I want to change that and make the transition easy on the realtors. I know that with this type of market and todays .net generation, whoever starts using clean clear virtual tours first will grab the market share. The rest of the market will be sure to follow. The outcome will be a much easier search for all of the renters and buyers moving into the area every year. College Station is a great town and I am proud to be here.

I have years of experience in customer care, sales and marketing. I also have over a decade of experience in computers, networking and web-mastering. I am a Novell certified Network Administrator. I became a Real Tour Vision, (RTV), dealer while in the employ of Texas Chiropractic College as their IT Manager and Web Master. I knew that the best way for prospects to view our college was through a virtual tour. I wanted to add one to our website so that prospects from all over the country and the world could view our campus before they traveled miles to do so. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I was impressed with how fast RTV tours downloaded and how smooth they played. The spins were clear with no distortions that were evident with the old fish-eye technology.
