Relocating to College Station, Texas

I have just moved to College Station, Texas. I am anxious to get my business, Spin It 360, established in this new town. I am an authorized Real Tour Vision dealer and produce, imho, the best 360 degree virtual tours on the market today. There are a couple of things I noticed right away upon moving here.

1. I love it! I feel like I've come home. It is amazing how many people I've talked to here that have relocated from other cities to this town. And why wouldn't they? It is a small town with all of the big city amenities. The people are friendly and laid back. The air is clean and even my cat has less allergies here!!! yea :)

2. I am looking for a new home to buy, however, I cannot believe how many homes are listed in this area that have no virtual tours and a lot of them don't even have pictures. Here is a market that really needs the services of Spin It 360.

The market out there today is tough and competitive. In this particular town, with so many people moving here from other cities and states, a golden opportunity is missed if you do not display your homes on the web, you simply must have a virtual tour or at the very least some great stills. And when I say a virtual tour, I mean a true high quality one with 360 degree panorama's, fast downloads and clear crisp immages.

I am excited to be here. I can't wait to get going! I also can't wait to find my new home :)
