Hello, My name is Sherida Studwood and I am a Full Time Residential & Commercial Realtor serving the Baltimore and Washington, DC metropolitan areas. I am a member of the Prince George's County Board of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors. I have received awards from the Prince George's Board of Realtors for 2003, 2004, 2005 & 2006 in Production Sales. In my previous life I was a Purchasing Manager for 15 years and have excellent negotiating skills which has benefited me in my Real Estate career.
