It backs up to one of the many "green belts" that runs through the neighborhood, so you have a real park-like (very wooded) backyard. The sellers said they spent as much time on the front porch, though, because the neighbhors are all so wonderful and friendly!

This home recently sold in South Bend. What a beautiful and historic home-- in a great neighborhood, too! This home had been on the market quite a while. It's non-traditional floor plan made the buyers have to think creatively. The original hardwood floors and beautiful brick work really made it a special find. We eventually got it sold for 97% of the list price.
This property was recently sold in South Bend, IN - near Notre Dame. It had been actively listed for 94 days, with a ton of activity. Of course, being located on this quiet street near the zoo and farmer's market helped too! It's character and charm wowed a lot of people, but the kitchen was what sealed the deal. The recent updates and large eat-in area are awesome! This property sold for 96% of the list price, too. Not too bad in our market place!
