Do you like movies? If you do, then you've probably heard of Netflix. I'm a member of Netflix, but I didn't become a member for a very long time. I had seen the ads all over the place, television, the internet, and in the mail. They sure know how to market, I'll give them that. But even more, they have done something that their competitors don't do. I've included this presentation by the owner of Netflix for your consideration. Take some time and look through it. Today, I have another new resource that I bet most of you haven't heard of yet. It is DEMAND SPOT - REAL-TIME LEAD GENERATION FOR REAL ESTATE and it's in the alpha stage (not even beta). Remember that store called Alpha-Beta?

Anyway - this new service Demand Spot is very cool. Just go to the site and put in your area and you'll see people right now who are looking for real estate. I did it and found this...

So you see that 247 people are currently looking for property or an apartment where I live. Check it out and see what people are doing where you are, and get yourself a new client. (Just give me 2% of the commission :)
