The Consultations (The Game Plans);

1. Consultation ~ This is the beginning. Ready? Set,...Sell! puts together a game plan to ensure your home is both memorable and appealing to the broadest range of buyers in your target market. We walk you room by room with the eyes of a buyer. We give you suggestions of what items to address to allow buyers to feel that your home is move in ready!
   
2. Intensive room by room checklist ~ Includes the consultation, but we also go back to our office and come up with a room by room intensive checklist of what needs to be done listed from most to least important to help you prioritize your efforts and get the most bang for your buck!

Once you've completed the checklist Ready? Set,...Sell! your home is ready for the staging. This is where the real magic happens! With our expertise and training we will come up with the best room arrangement to allow rooms to flow effortlessly even with groups of people walking through during open houses.
