About Us:

We have been a team for a long time. We work well together and independently. It was after many life events we decided we wanted to take more control of our life and arrange it so that we would have more time for Church activities and working for our Lord and Savior through the Prison ministry, teaching Sunday School, mission trips, and Kids Club. We wanted to have more time to bring Christ to others. When we looked at careers when we had an opportunity for a career change we looked for something that we knew a lot about, we had a lot of peripheral experience in, and it had to be something where we could work together. Realestate was a natural fit for us due to our construction experience, we had built two homes - one as the general contractor -, we have rehabed a number of homes, had and still have rental property. Pat has 10 plus year experience in Corporate Relocation and Expatriate programs moving folks across the country or to other countries. Real Estate was just a natural.

We were right. We have been able to help numerous peope in purchasing and selling homes. Our building experience has helped individuals buying lots the pro's and con's of their lot selection, as well as helped our sellers know what they needed to repair in order to sell their homes. Our buyers know what they are getting into in a home before they write the contract. As a team, we educate our buyers and sellers on a continual basis regarding current trends in the market, what to look for in a home, and how market issues affect their transactions.
