With advanced real estate classes, I have earned the certification of GRI, Graduate, Realtor Institute and am ePRO Internet Certified to more expertly transact business for you. With years of experience I have the capability to negotiate and facilitate even the most difficult transactions. I have never had a client have Buyer's or Seller's remorse. Because of the increase in distressed properties, I have obtained my Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Short Sale & Forclosure Resource (SFR) Designations to help navigate those difficult transactions. I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Steamboat Springs, Board of Realtors from 2005-present. In October 2009, I was elected to be the president for 2010-2011. I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors.
