I went to a great seminar on short sales and found out a lot of valuable information regarding them. I learned about making sure that certain clauses should be included in the contract. The main thing I learned is that there are no 2 short sales that ae alike so tread cautiously. Sellers should contact tax professionals and attorneys in their respective state to make sure they are covered. I know a few attorneys who can help you through the process.

About Us:

Stephanie started in Real Estate in 1995 as a Multi-Million Dollar producer's assistant in Margate, NJ. While with that company, she gained limitless experience with bank owned properties as well as waterfront homes. In 2000, Stephanie graduated with a double major from the Richard Stockton College of NJ. Then in 2003 she ventured out on her own and went back to Real Estate as an agent for Farley and Ferry Realty in Ventnor, NJ. While an agent at Farley and Ferry Realty, Stephanie earned the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award by selling over $3 million in closed sales each year. Her husband Henry joined her. Recently the couple were given the opportunity to join the work force of top producing company, Balsley Losco Real Estate in Northfield.
