"When I found that I was relocating to Southern California from the Bay Area, I started to look on line for places to live. I had decided on Long Beach, as it was a beach city, and still somewhat affordable....Now, all I needed was someone who knew the area. I had been there once, probably 15 years prior. Then along came Stephanie, my Long Beach expert!!! She was referred to me by a friend who had found her on line, and he passed her information along to me. So, at 11PM in the evening I sent her an e-mail to see if I could make an appointment to talk to her about my upcoming move. When I FINALLY made an offer and things started moving SOOOO Quickly, Stephanie was there with me every step of the way. It was such a pleasurable experience, and I could not have purchased my first home without her.....!!!

So, now that I finally owned a home that I absolutely LOVED, it was again time to relocate ~ my first call was to Stephanie, who I knew would again, take great care of me! In the start of a down market, she was honest and forthright about my options, and even when I didn't know what I wanted to do, she made me feel comfortable that I was always making the right decision.
