Mars PA is a well established community that is respected by all the local municipalities.
Mars has a spaceship in the middle of town. That spaceship is used to keep the locals in cooperation with the laws---- if anyone does not obey the law, that spaceship takes them to the Planet Mars and they are left there till they promise to be good, only then are they allowed back here in Mars PA 
... Mars PA is a beautiful place and I would like to say "Thank You" to the spaceship for helping make Mars PA a beautiful and great place to live.
