This weeks addition to online marketing is a tip I occasionally use for other online ads that keeps people coming back for more information, and keeps them focused on what you have to offer.
Provided that you advertise on Craig's list consistently, The trick is to go to craig's list, and do a search for your name, or telephone number, or real estate company and take that link and then list it online on your upcoming ads. It's a great way for future customers to not only see what you have to offer, they see will also see your personal committment and dedication as well.

So if you are advertising online anywhere, use extra links like this to show what other options you can offer your customers. While the sale price was officially recorded Tuesday at $77.5 million, listing agent Paulette Koch said the buyer also paid $4 million in closing costs. That means Kimmel got his full asking price of $81.5 million.
The deal underscores both the strength of the mansion market and the desirability of Kimmel's home at 1236 S. Ocean Blvd.
"The house was in impeccable condition, with the finest details," said Koch, adding that three other buyers were interested in the property.

More than half of Las Vegas home sales in March were foreclosures or short sales, the president of Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors said Monday.
The association reported 1,478 escrow closings for single-family homes during the month, a 34.6 percent increase from February. It was the third straight monthly increase. Sales are down 7.9 percent from the same month a year ago.
