I completed my first BPO which led to a listing and sale of an REO property in 1998. Since that point I have been actively involved in the sale of REO properties here in the Macomb and St. Clair County area of South East Michigan. I have been a full time Realtor since April of 1984 and obtained my broker's license in 1987. I have been involved in most types of real estate transactions including Conventional, FHA, VA, MISHDA, Land Contracts, Commercial, Industrial Land Sales, Condominium Projects, Property Rezoning and more. I pride myself on being an effective communicator, both written and verbally. My property valuations are enhanced by many years of performing market analysis for home owners and my training as a real estate appraiser.
