When you exit the interstate at Donald Ross you will be greeted by the campus of Florida Atlantic University and the Abacoa golf course. Donald Ross is the Southern boundry of Abacoa and on the northern boundry is Indian creek parkway.

The abacoa area of Jupiter is a preplanned community with high density living supported by shopping and local live work stores. There are single family homes, townhomes, and comdominiums all within the abacoa area. The downtown area features loft style living above the retail and then the retail stores down below.

There are several individual communities within the abacoa area including Antigua, the downtown villages, and Tuscany. On the eastern side you have Greenwich and new haven. As you travel north up central blvd you have somerset, and numerous other communities. The abacoa area of Jupiter is most renowned for it's friendly atmosphere and that includes downtown shopping, the baseball stadium, the ampitheatre, florida atlantic university and it's numerous outdoor festivals including artigras and the Italian fest.
