How many times in your career has a customer or another realtor asked you about the exposure? Sure it's exposed, I put in on Realtor.com and I wrote about it on Active rain...it's got good exposure. Here are a few food for thought items concerning exposure. Just so we're all clear, they were asking how the sun comes rises and sets accross the house. For example in Florida, year round residents might not like a Western setting sun because it makes their house too hot and too expensive to cool in the summer but a winter visitor is here for the sun. Additionally, know your customer... a high end buyer who is not concerned with the extra few hundred dollars of cooling in the summer will enjoy the extra two hours of light on their back patio in the winter months. A courtyard style house with a pool in the courtyard may do best with an east west sun providing all day sunlight over the pool. So with that, todays tip is about....
