A Phoenix developer has unveiled plans for a large resort in Yavapai County by 2014. ABM Development Services President Gregory Arrington says the resort would be built near Poland Junction, between Mayer and Dewey-Humboldt, at an estimated cost of about $80 million. This new resort plans to build a 250 room hotel, an assortment of pools restaurants, and shops. For those who enjoy resort style living, the plans also call for casitas and custom homes to complete this master plan. Did I mention the championship golf course too? What well respected Arizona resort project would lack championship golf course?!

Good news for Arizona's economy as the project will initially employ 200 people during constrtuction states Arrington. This number will increase to 500 when the development is operational, during peak seasons (spring and fall), this number is expected to rise to 750 people.

Why use a Realtor to buy Real Estate?

Using a Realtor gives you confidence in your approach to real estate whether it is buying, selling or investing. The humble, better half of the Realtors combine technology with good ol' wisdom that only comes from experience. You need an expert in pricing the home, arranging and coordinating the business aspects (inspections, appraisal, marketing, open houses, negotiations, etc...) in the sales process. Eighty-five percent of sellers were assisted by a real estate agent when selling their home, according to NAR Research, and 79 percent of buyers purchased their home through a real estate agent or broker.
