As a broker associate at Suburban Realty, I strive to do my part to help support this well deserved reputation by offering my clients the kind of honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service that I myself would want to receive.
While I've had the privilege of helping many clients with a wide variety of buying or selling needs, there's nothing quite as satisfying as helping the first time buyer realize their dream of home ownership. From the initial consultation with a new client, searching for just the right home, working with the lender and title company to ensure a seamless transaction, and then seeing the looks on their faces when they finally get the keys to their new home, working with first time buyers has become my favorite part of the Real Estate profession.
Of course, working with buyer's is not all that I do! Listing, or should I say selling homes is the other side of the Real Estate coin, and some would say the most important. Properly presenting your home to potential buyers who nearly all spend more time searching on line than actually driving around looking at homes is vitally important in today's Real Estate market.
It all starts with great photography. There are dozens of Real Estate search sites now available for buyers and making sure your house looks fantastic on each and every one of them is something I take great pride in.
Forging great relationships with other brokers and agents is vitally important. Nearly all transactions involve 2 agents, the buyer's, and the seller's. Being the kind of Realtor that others want to do business with is something I try hard to achieve as this could make or break the sale of your house.
Skilled negotiation. Your home may very well be your greatest asset. I will treat your investment as if it were my own and diplomatically negotiate on your behalf until the very end of the transaction.
And last but not least, top notch customer service. My aim will always be to exceed your expectations and make you glad that you hired me to be your Realtor!
