About Me

I've been in the realty business for several years and just recently opened a new office. I was previously in the education field and decided to give real estate a try. I love it, and I love helping people find just the right property for them. I strive for integrity and honesty, and since we're a small office, we give super personal service to all our clients.

I love to help buyers locate just the right property for them. I am a careful listener so I can tune into exactly what each person wants. I have several contacts to help buyers find the best financing available and in SD, there are many to choose from.

When someone wants to sell, I can help there also. We have experience in "staging" homes so they look their very best. I hold Open Houses as often as possible and use the local advertisers to get the word out about any of our homes on the market.

In my office, too, is a very experienced builder, so if you can't find an already built home, we can custom build one for you. We were featured last fall on ABC-TV's Extreme Makeover Home Edition so we know how to build; build it well; AND build it fast.
