My name is Sue Bechtel and I am an agent for Iowa Realty in West Des Moines Iowa. I specialize in Green Building techniques and am a "Certified Eco-Broker". What sets me apart from other agents is my education in Indoor Air Quality and non-toxic building products along with solutions for saving energy in your home. I am highly connected in the Des Moines Iowa area with Green businesses that I do work with thru my Green Building consulting company called "Green Product Basics LLC".

My goal is to be a resource for my clients and to inform them of other options for building that they won't hear about thru builders or contractors. I am a Homeowners Representative and my clients needs and wants are always my first priority.

I am a realtor who helps my clients get the home of their dreams, I can show any home in the Des Moines market. I am a full service realtor and always enjoy getting to know my clients and their families so that our relationship will be lasting and their home buying experience will be memorable and fun. I want to be my clients realtor for life.

I am a "Green Building Professional" after my completed training and testing at "The Center for Sustainable Communities". I recently became certified as an "Eco-Broker" which has readied me for our new and ever changing market place. My strengths are in Green building products and energy alternatives such as Wind and Solar. I am a Homeowners Representative to builders and contractors since establishing my own company in April 2007. My business is called "Green Product Basics LLC".
