For much of 2011 , both median and average sales prices in Howard County were still in decline. Compared to 2010, unit sales were down 5.5% and the average sales price declined by 6.3%. Unfortunately, historically low mortgage rates were not enough to spur the market in a positive direction.
No significant changes expected in the level of housing market activity for Howard County in 2012.
The good news is that even in "this" market, when houses are priced correctly and staged for maximum appeal, they do sell quickly at today's market value.

Hobbit's Glen is a highly desired neighborhood in the Village of Harper's Choice in Columbia, Maryland. It is one of the neighborhoods in the Village of Harper's Choice ... and one of the "original" neighborhoods that James Rouse developed in the "New City". The newly re-opened Frisco Tap House and Brewery is now located on the corner of Dobbin Road and Oakland Mills

And, my favorite is the Frisco Burrito ... overflowing with delicious beans, salsa, rice and your choice of several other ingredients.
