About Me

I have been selling real estate in Springfield and surrounding areas for 7 years now. Prior to joing RE/MAX House of Brokers in January 2008, I was a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty for several years where I worked as an individual agent, handled marketing and operations for large volume real estate teams and specialized as a Buyer's Agent for The Home Gardners Team. With all of the experience I gained working in various facets of real estate, I now own and operate The Carter Group along with my husband, Van. He handles operations and our talented assistant, Alicia Perkins manages all of marketing and advertising. We have worked well together as a team for 4 years and love what we do!

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in residential resale and new construction, first time home buyers and investors. Almost 80% of my business in the past three years has come from repeat and referral business, but I always love meeting new clients and working with them in achieving their real estate goals.

A large portion of my sales include new construction. I have teamed up with some of Springfield's top builders and currently work in the following subdivisions: Frisco Trails, Woodland Hills Estates, Sandstone, Angelbrook Estates, The Lakes at Shuyler Ridge and most recently, The Columns. I sell spec homes, build-to-suits, and custom homes.
