Being a home buyer can be an overwhelming experience, but being an out-of-state buyer can be an especially daunting one. Last June, we arrived in Canadian Lakes for one of two summer visits; it was then that Paula Owen introduced us to Sue Herblet to help in the search for our vacation home. We were not the easiest buyers to work with - we were only in town for a short period of time, weren't sure of what we were looking for, and had questions galore. Sue listened closely to our needs and was able to find us the perfect property before we had to return to Tucson. While we were back in Arizona, she made the process smooth and hassle-free; taking care of all the details and making sure there were no "last minute surprises" to interfere with the quick closing we needed to meet our timetable. She kept us informed every the step of the way and was always available to answer our questions (even with a three hour time difference!).
