Sun City Festival, Buckeye AZ is having a Hot Air Balloon Festival Nov. 14th! Come on out and join in on the fun. There will also be a KCBS Nationally Sanctioned BBQ Competition. While there, look for my open house at 20399 N 262nd DR. I might also be having one at 26655 W Runion Ln.
UPDATE - I've had a number of people contact me about this event. It is Pulte/Del Webb, the builder for Sun City Festival that is putting this function on. Third Annual Hot Air Balloon Festival and BBQ Cook-Off
Del Webb invites you to round up your friends and family for some kick-up-your-heels fun Saturday, November 14th. Join us, from 11-4pm for Sun City Festival's third annual Hot Air Balloon Festival and Arizona Triple Crown BBQ Cook-Off!
Come enjoy arts and crafts created by our very own Sun City Festival residents, a free BBQ lunch provided by Del Webb and live music capped by a hot air balloon launch between 3:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. (weather permitting). Plus, for a small donation benefiting the Turnbow Foundation, you can enjoy samples from the nation's best barbecue teams from across the country. The BBQ competition consists of over 30 competitors, including two past national champions.

I just posted the Sun City Grand real estate home sales report for October 2009. There were 32 homes sold this month versus 15 in October of 2008 which reflects the flurry of activity we were seeing in our office this month. I know for myself this was one of my best months ever.
