I, as President of EHT, feel a responsibility as a business owner to put myself in the shoes of the person next to me, down the road, or even in another state. Security in luxury communities! Every house on the street is vacant and on the market! Who's watching??? I was in Troon North yesterday and I could not believe the caliber of homes that are sitting there vacant and basically falling apart, to the trained eye. Sure the landscaping is kept up to a certain extent but upon close inspection my heart was sad that the amazing and nearly famous homes are just sitting there empty, in fact, entire streets were filled with vacant homes! I ask all realtors to try and think of the consequences of this! Stucco crumbles, pools just run until the pump gives in and that costs thousands. RODENTS, oh my goodness the rodents!! Yikes! I have seen some let me tell you.

In short, as professionals in this insane market it is OUR job to maintain the security and exclusiveness of these neighborhoods! Why is it that some realtors are having a difficult time wrapping their heads around this service? It is FREEEEEE!!! Your client pays nothing and the home is safe and secure! Your client now has an additional insurance policy on the home through the home tender! Maintenance is everything!

More importantly, when you have so many vacant homes in such an exclusive area word gets out and then the robberies begin, that is unfair to the people who do still live there. That makes their families unsafe! We must be very visible and present in this market of uncertainly and despair! Our clients and even their neighbors are counting on US to keep their families safe and out of financial peril! Stop thinking so much about the commission you will lose out on, which is untrue, and think of the good of your clients and your business will double! Allow Exquisite Home Tending to Place well qualified home tenders in these homes! These home tenders are looking to buy!! So there you have it, now you have a buyer and a listing! You can't beat that!!!

NOW, I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE ALL THINKING! Gate guarded communities mean nothing! I am not a resident there and all it took was knowing the address of the home I was viewing that day and I was in! Once in who says I am going to leave? I can park in one of these vacant homes and wait until the sun goes down to rob it! I was there to view six homes and not once did I see patrolling security!
