Hi, my name is Sunny and I own Stunningly Staged. After flipping homes for several years and staging them all very successfully. I have decided to share my talents with others. You can thank our realtor for this decision. He has been begging me to go into staging since he sold our first flip (I think this is because I make his job so much easier. When a house is stunning, it's easy to sell). I have always had a passion for decorating and would never dream of selling a home of my own without staging it first. After all, staged homes sell 50% faster and for 6-10% more than unstaged homes. For a $300,000 home that's $18,000 to $30,000 profit! Why would you sell just a house when you are really marketing a buyer's future home!

I have never believed in spending any more of my potential profit on a home than I absolutely have to. The methods I use in staging a home are designed to reap the most profit without spending a fortune on the results. This doesn't mean the results are less than spectacular, after all, the purpose of staging is to make potential buyers fall in love the moment they set eyes on your home!
