Sunrise Insurance Corp was formed in the aftermath of Hurricaine Andrew. I am a real estate agent who found that homeowners insurance was impossible to get. I knew it was out there, I could not find anyone willing to spend the time to research a company and sell the policy. Sunrise Insurance was incorporated in 1996. There are many areas of specialty, but I chose to keep personal lines as the emphasis of this agency. I have an intimate knowledge of the home buying process, and that allowed me to tailor an insurance product for my clients. Insurance is one of the last things on a buyers mind, and ussually gets thought about very near to the closing date. We have quick turn around time for quotes and binders needed to close a loan. An extensive knowledge of construction allows us to guide our clients as to the maximum amount of discounts and make the wind inspection (MIT Survey) cost effective.
