Weeki Wachee? City of Mermaids? The state took over this 60+age park

Where do these unusual city names originate from? Well when I search the MLS I keep seeing Weeki Wachee and wondered where that name came from. Now I can stop wondering...plus it turned into a soap opera uncovering a claim against the new park manager.

it is a Choctaw Muskogean Native American Indian name and it connotes "Little Sping". The Choctoaw may have been plant cutters in the Mississppi and Alabama area anas well as Arizona.

Mermaid

The Mermaids of Hernando County in this Tampa-St. Pete area town have two enemies thinder and alligators that sneak in.

Then, the soap opera began. The State took over the park and the manager sexually harassed employees and an employees daughter who was a mermaid and was fired after an 88 page report was done.

Maybe a company will buy it so the state won't have to run it--does that mean that counties taxes are paying for entertaining mermaids that don't exist?

would it be something material but not essential?

something unattainable at the moment?

or something practical like a new 401k?

Maybe it would be unselfish, perhaps a wish for someone close?

Or perhaps a worldly wish for peace and no missle strikes and countries getting along?

What you ponder actually tells you where you are in your life, hope your wishes come true!
