This Horse in Lake Mary/Healthrow, Florida on the park trail was just checking out the camera.

This horse just loves the camera, maybe this is a former movie star horse like Black Beauty. THe white patch between the eyes is distinctive and matches the fence. This horse has an owner that loves it since it has made it a beautiful fence and a giant area to roam. There is even a pond to go for a swim!

This looks like a farm but it is right behind Panera Bread on the Lake Mary/Heathrow, Florida line just down the road from Sanford, Florida and Route 46 and the Seminole Town Center mall.

There are actually more horses, but this one stole the show.

There is a long trail to walk, bike, run or inline skate with some hilly parts. There are benches for rest and a playground for kids by the condo's that have a view of this sight.

There is a Kinko's, smoothie restaurant, jeweler, wine shop, and another restaurant that has a loyal following and you would never know it from this photo that civilization is just footsteps away.

If you are relocating...and want to avoid some of the coastal hurricanes, then Heathrow, Florida or Sanford, Florida might be made for you.

There are lakes, parks, trails, canoe areas, kayaking, bicycle lanes, shopping, fine and casual dining, theaters, and much more.

Heathrow, Florida is home to a famous basketball player who just won a championship, I won't mention any names! It is gated so he has security so please let him have some privacy. Sylvan Lake and Lake Monroe are nearby.

Just a short drive from Healthrow, Florida is Sanford, Florida and the picture below is the downtown area.

Sanford, Florida has a pleasant downtown. It has the old fashioned charm of yesteryear combined with a modernized cleaner streetscape.

The attorneys offices and the courthouse is located here.

There is a famous German Restaurant and in the Lake Monroe area entertainment type restaurants for a festive mood.

Take your time to take a stroll especially now that the rain has stopped and we are back to being Sunny Florida!

Blue Springs State Park in Orange City, Florida is neighbor to DeBary and Sanford, Florida and Sylvan Lake.

It is an easy drive from either area and there are trails and wildlife and springs. There is a manatee on the park entrance sign.

There is lush tropical foliage as shown here that is not as common anymore.

The road to the State Park is paved and smooth for easy bicycle riding, running or walking. Some of the dwellers have horses and many acres of land. There is also Valentine Park to enjoy a few sports.

This is a beautiful, serene hidaway where one can get exercise, bird watch, or enjoy nature and get some R & R.

If you are just passing thru, it can be a great place for a pitstop to enjoy a picnic lunch.

Wow! It would be fun to have a race car and track to drive potential home and land buyers to! This would be faster too, think how much time would be saved. We won't talk about gas, let's just enjoy the fantasy.

Sometimes a fantasy can become a reality. So, when I walk out my front door tomorrow maybe I'll see this car in my driveway, right?

Handicapped Seal in Orlando, Florida vs. Non-Handicapped Seal

The handicapped seal was having a hard time catching the fish and the birds would fly over and get the ones it kept dropping. It had a jaw problem and the scars and places it was sewn up were evident as well as a torn ear. We wondered if this seal was going to starve to death because he kept dropping his fish!

Finally, after about 15 minutes, it was really 10 minutes but it felt longer, he caught a fish and we felt ok about leaving him. I think he needs some IV.

In human life it is like that also, if no one is paying attention to yu if you are not getting your fair share, God help you. That is why we all need support from eachother.

Look how cute the seals are and then there is the birds getting their easy meal-and they say animals don't think!
