ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated two new five-year industrial leases totaling 4,100 square feet in the first phase at Poinciana CommerCenter East, located on Business Center Lane off U.S. 17-92 in Kissimmee.
Michael Heidrich, a principal in the firm, negotiated both lease agreements representing the landlord, Maitland-based Small Bay Partners, LLC.
Orlando-based beverage distributor 9 East Investments, LLC leased 2,209 square feet at 1749 Business Center Lane. DRM Industrial Fabrics, LLC of Orlando leased 1,890 square feet at 1777 Business Center Lane. Mark Laurie of Property Investment Brokers represented the both tenants.
Poinciana CommerCenter East’s first phase with over 60,000 square feet was just completed last fall.
Small Bay Partners has developed more than 500,000 square feet of small bay industrial space in the Orlando area for users who require from 2,000 to 20,000 square feet of space, according to Heidrich, also a partner in Small Bay.

MAITLAND — Beazer Homes recently hosted more than 50 local area real estate agents at a casino-themed SmartDesign Eco Sales Event at Beazer’s award-winning design studio in the Orlando area.
Theresa Tilton, vice president of sales for Beazer Homes in Florida, said the event was held to kick off a nationwide sales promotion. Local real estate agents had the chance to earn three percent commission and up to $5000 in bonuses during the promotion.
