JACKSONVILLE - Jeanette Greenberg, a consistent top sales counselor at several Ryland Homes' communities, has been named Pathway of Champions winner for the division.
Greenberg - who has worked for Ryland the past four years - received the annual award based on her knowledge of the sales process, from greeting and demonstrating to qualifying, setting up financing and closing, according to Rick Perkins, the division's vice president of sales and marketing.
"Like the rest of our team, I am very proud of Jeanette and the efforts that she puts forth," Perkins said in announcing the award.
Perkins added that a DVD of Greenberg's award-winning role-play of the sales process has been sent to Ryland's regional office in Tampa to be entered into competition against the company's other divisions.
Greenberg, who currently is working at Ryland's Sevilla community off World Commerce Parkway in St. Augustine, previously sold Ryland Homes at their Pine Ridge and Bartram Springs communities.
