The Powell area was the only area that reflected a positive increase in sales. The second area is New Albany Corp Limits this area sold -0.65% less homes in 2008 in comparison to 2007 and the third area is Grove City & Urban Crest this area sold -3.52% less homes in 2008 in comparison to 2007. It time for the Lucky Charm!
Dublin Ohio is all about the four leaf clover. Attend Dublin's St. Patrick parade on March 14, 2009 at 11 am. The parade starts at Metro Center (refer to link for location) and ending in the Historic area of Dublin. It has 100 floats, bands and balloons to pull off this very festive parade. I want to share timing of insect control concerning lawn care. Last fall I noticed I had dead spots in my yard which are due to GRUBS.
