Advantages of a VA-Gurantted Home Loan

*No down payment home loans are available to eligible veterans

*Interest are negotiable

*Appraisals are processed electronically to serve the veterans faster

*Closing cost paid by veteran are limited

*No mortgage insurance premium

*No prepayment penalty

*Mortgages are assumable

*VA assist veteran borrowers in default on a VA-guaranteed loan who are experiencing a temporary financial hardship

Steps to Obtaining a VA-Guranteed Home Loan

*Have a VA-approved mortgage lender obtain a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for you( in most cases a COE is obtained by the lender on-line in seconds )

*Sign a purchase agreement for a home contingent upon VA loan approval

*Complete a loan application with a lender of your choice

*Your lender will request a appraisal on-line, and will be processed electronically

*After reviewing the appraisal and your income and credit information, the lender will promptly advise you of your loan decision

*After the transaction closes, the lender will request a loan guaranty certificate on-line.

I JUST GOT BACK FROM A TRIP I ONLY DREAMED OF DOING, I HAD A CLIENT FROM PRAGUE THAT I MEET ON THE INTERNET FROM MY WEB PAGE WWW.SUSANHORNE.COM,AFTER BUYING A PROPERTY FROM ME INVITED ME TO COME AND SEE EUROPE AND I DID, LET ME TELL YOU IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN GO, I CAN NOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW BEAUTIFUL IT IS, AND THE FOOD IS SO WONDERFUL.  Susan Jean Horne Receives the Award of Excellence

 

Realtor.com Awarded Susan Jean Horne of RE/MAX Services located in Boca Raton, Florida for her Online Marketing Excellence. Susan a native of Florida, born in Ft. Lauderdale joined the team at Boca Raton's Premiere Real Estate companies, REMAX Services in 1998. She received the Rookie Of the year from the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches that same year, along with getting National designation in Real Estate GRI, from The Real Estate Institute. Her work ethic, attention to detail is evident in every transaction she does.

 

Susan loves educating the buyers, especially first time buyers on the processing of purchasing their dream home. As a child she would often wonder what she had to do in order to have her own home.  It is a strange thought as a child, but it is one that brought her a long way!   Susan comes from a family of five children, her mom and dad were builders, a brother who is in Commercial Real estate in Ft. Lauderdale, A sister who is a Builder in Montana, and another sister who was a developer in Atlanta, and who husband was the President of Metlife in Manhattan Real Estate Division. So it is certainly in her blood. She also spends her time giving back to the community with her involvements in the Church. Through the years she has started up ministry to reach the homeless helping them to get off the streets and reunite them with their families.  Presently she is doing jail ministry in Palm Beach County with St. Johns Missionary Baptist in Boynton & will be going into state prisons' through Prison fellowship.  Susan is very proud in her community endeavors, and has since sponsored a child from Haiti for three years now through Compassion International for school, and medical needs. Her dedication to the Lord speaks of her dedication to all the work she does, honesty & integrity are words she lives by.

 

Susan lives in Colonial Club in Boynton Beach on the Intracoastal Waterway.  Colonial Club is located in one of the best locations on the Intracoastal, with a heated pool & Active Clubhouse on the water, views of two golf courses across the waterway, walking distance to Ocean Ridge Beach & shopping, and is located minutes to Downtown Delray.  Located next store is a newly renovated Jaycee Park On the Intracoastal, with a beautiful playground, gazebos, protective nature preserve, and soon a boardwalk on the water.  She loves living and working in Colonial Club.

 

This is an incredible time in real estate, and a great time for buyers to find their dream homes.  There are beautiful homes for sale in the 200,000 price range, and condos in the 100,000's. Susan believes our market is going to be much better in 2008, and even better 2009. She has spent a lot of 2007 creating her online presence from enhancing her listings on Realtor.com, creating her own web page www.susanhorne.com, and blogging on activerain.com She is currently working on producing web commercials for her listings, and posting them on the internet.
