I am striving to constantly improve the level of care and service that I provide to my clients. With the challenging market of today and the continuing changes, today's market demands that Realtors re-examine the way that we do business.

My present marketing plan for sellers looks nothing like it did a year ago, with more services and marketing than ever before. I spend more money on advertising and more money on education in order to provide the best information and best marketing available today.

For buyers, the key is financing and keeping on top of the changes in the mortgage industry. For those buyers that have decent credit, it is a great time to buy.

The price fluctuation between prices a year ago OR a month ago are key points to discuss with both buyers and sellers. It is indeed a challenging time for the Real Estate business, but it is also a great time to be in this exciting business.

My husband and I lost 30% of our savings in the stock crash of 2001-2002. Since our careers had required frequent interstate moves, we had been renters and never bought a home. We came to Harrisburg in 2003 knowing we would settle here and hoping to invest what was left of our savings in real estate.
