Holiday Open House 5% off sale

Today, Dec 6th, our office had a one day only 5% off sale in our town of Canby. 14 homes participated in this sale and we advertised in the paper, online, and threw our spheres. One house got an offer, so I would say that was a success. I had one potential buyer through, but other agents had as many as 8 people through. I think it would have been better on a Sunday but thats just me. I am pro open houses. I get atleast 3 clients a year from them and am very current on spreadsheet of receipts, well and of course the sellers like them. Our office will probably do this more often since we did get one offer. We also had drawings for local businesses and home-made cookies. Also, we have an agent who wore a red suit, and served cocoa at his listing. (He is one of santas helpers actually) They had the most people through their townhomes.

I am full time full service Realtor. I work with buyers and sellers. I am very flexible as far as working nights and or weekends, afterall most all of my clients have day jobs. I try to almost always answer my phone. I am licensed in Oregon so I can work anywhere in the state. I do have a listing at Coast, but I try to keep to Clackamas, Multnohmah, and Marion counties. I have a Business Degree from Washington State and am fairly current on my computer skills.
