Sweeney Todd Hits the Pascack Valley
Students from River Vale and Hillsdale, who attend the Pascack Valley High School, performed the musical "Sweeney Todd' this past month. This musical, which has most recently been made into a movie and also had run on Broadway, has a challenging musical score. Students at the Pascack Valley High School are known to perform many wonderful musicals, with remarkable results.
This is only one example of the excellent educational programs offered in the Pascack Valley Regional High School System. Students from River Vale and Hillsdale attend Pascack Valley High School, located in Hillsdale, and students from Woodcliff Lake and Montvale attend the Pascack Hills High School, located in Montvale.

Under the new and exciting leadership of the new Director Ann McCarthy, the River Vale Public Library is offering numerous programs for "Kids Of All Ages!" This wonderful public library has, for many years, been a drawing card for this exceptional town of River Vale, and is continuing its excellent programming in the capable hands of our new Director.

Positive Market Indicators in the Pascack Valley
What better indication of market activity is there than buyer interest? Here in the Pascack Valley of Bergen County we have had a number of Open Houses for the public. Today, one of my beautiful new listings on 77 Knickerbocker Avenue in Hillsdale had 10 groups of buyers attend our Open House. This exceptionally beautiful Nantucket Colonial has stainless appliances, a wonderful and spacious rear yard, two beautifully adorned and updated baths, and three full levels of living, with a finshed lower level! Three of the buyers were return visits, and we anticipate offers coming in quickly! Again, let me repeat, the Real Estate Market is Alive and Well in the Pascack Valley!
