SOLD AND CLOSED IN 10 DAYS

Yipee!

Thank you so much for all you did for us. It was one of the more pleasant house-selling experiences we've had (and there have been a few!) I think this move has been the hardest for me and leaving that house was more difficult than I expected. We had a lot of fun in that house! Now it is on to other experiences and more fun in our new home.

RELOCATION

"If you are planning to put your house on the market, Al and I highly recommend Susan Matson. She is the hardest working and most thorough agent we have used. She is very prompt with any paperwork and follows up on every detail.

Our first buyer backed out at the last minute, but because Susan had taken care of the paperwork so quickly our relocation company had already closed with us earlier that day. This saved us a lot of money and hassles since we had signed a lease here and made an offer on a home in Salt Lake. She then found contractors to make repairs to problems found during inspection.

Susan also found us a townhouse to lease here in Gleannloch so our girls could finish the school year. She has stayed in close contact throughout the process and we couldn't be happier with her performance."
