I chose the profession of a REALTOR many years ago, when I realized my passion for the industry. Having purchased and sold several homes, before I myself, got into this profession, and having had the assistance of a REALTOR in every transaction, it was very disheartening when we walked away from the closing table to admit that we did not feel "represented" by any of our real estate professionals. In fact, sad to say, the one's that we used, seemed more focused in collecting their commission than they did about their relationship with us. Now that I am in this profession, and have been for nearly two decades, I make it my quest to never forget those personal experiences of mine. When you put the interest of those that you are serving first, you won't have to chase the money. And when your focus is upon building lifelong relationships with clients, they will bombard you with referrals...what a compliment!

If you are, you must check out an area called Bel Marin Keys, it's actually a section of Novato, California. It is a wonderful community on the water. Gorgeous waterfront homes, there are some condos also. This community was built in 1964, and most of the homes that are currently on the market now, have been remodeled beyond gorgeous. Last I checked there were a few really great deals out there. I personally lived there in my youth, and it was a great place to live back then, it's wonderful to see how it has grown into an even lovlier community. Check it out and see for yourself!

I can hardly say thank you enough for all you have done for us! You are truly a gift, and are definitely doing what you are called to do! Your passion for helping others is so clear, and makes us as clients feel that we are in the very best care. When we needed to buy our last house I told my husband " We have to call Suzanne! " and he said "Nobody else!". I knew that you would help us find the perfect house...and you did. :) One of the things I never told you but want you to know is... the way you handle every transaction, whether it be buying or selling a home(you've done both for us now a couple of times) you strive to make sure every i is dotted and every t is crossed! You truly make us feel like you are watching out for us, and it seems in this time that we live in, that is unfortunately very rare. We try to think through all situations to make sure we don't have any surprises down the road, and you were always 2 steps in front of us. You would let us know that this might be something we would want to look into and have further info and people and/or phone numbers to help us research until we felt assured and educated.
Having your own business was the perfect thing for you because you truly stand apart from the pack. You are free treat each one of your clients with the individual attention they deserve and make them feel that it is all about them, as it should be but, is not always the way it is in corporate realtors offices. But I digress... I'm so excited for you, that you've seen that dream become a reality.

As first time home buyers my wife and I really didn't know much about when and where to start the process of purchasing our first home. Our real estate agent Suzanne Wright took the time to make sure we knew all the procedures into buying a home. It was really helpful that she took the time to explain everything and was honest with you upfront and you don't find very many people that do that. Everyone that she referred us to took really good care of us and was very professional which made home buying feel like a piece of cake. I would highly recommend Suzanne as your real estate agent, she gets the job done in a timely manner and knows a lot about the industry and is a honest person. I would do it all over again only if Suzanne was my real estate agent, she was wonderful and very easy to work with. Suzanne was a blessing to us. She helped us find the perfect starter home. We were going to get married in November and began looking for a home in the early spring.
