Ladies Night Out is also offered for women's groups that want to spend an enjoyable evening making a project. The groups are allowed to bring their own food & drink. The Humble Annual Christmas Parade of Lights is an awesome small town parade that the community looks forward to every year.
This year the date to remember is Tuesday, December 1, at 6:30 PM. Put a big "Must See the Humble Annual Christmas Parade of Lights" in red on your calendar.
The parade goes right down Main Street. The theme for this year is The 12 Days of Christmas. A few added attractions for icing on the cake! 
First will be the performance of the Humble & Atascocita High Schools Madrigals at Uptown Park before the parade. And second is the appearance of that jolly old man himself, Santa Claus, at Uptown Park after the parade. This year's Humble Annual Christmas Parade of Lights will have "Hall of Fame" Coach Neil Quillin serving as parade grand marshal.
Local businesses on Main Street, Higgins and Granberry (East of Railroad Avenue) have the opportunity to participate in the Historic Humble Christmas Lights & Decoration Contest. The judging will be the night before the Humble Annual Christmas Parade of Lights. And prizes will be awarded for the first three places.
The parade route starts off by the railroad tracks on Main street and travels east to Avenue H. Floats will being their assembly between 4 & 5 PM. One the parade reaches Avenue H, they turns left and begin disbanding.

I couldn't resist taking these photos. My rather large cat Tiger loves to play in his cubes. And his brother Phil (yes they are named after the golfers!) watches with a shake of his head. Tiger likes to have various body parts sticking out of the cube - hence the photo. Also, if you toss a ball in the cube with him, it is like kitty paradise!

This kitty, Mike, is my friend's orange tabby. He doesn't like his picture taken - especially when he is playing with something he shouldn't be. The item in question is a red hat band complete with feathers and netting. Mike may be in trouble for his shenanigans, but how can you resist this look?
