Good news San Antonio

Homes brought a higher sales price in July 2009 than in any month of July for which MLS data is available. As a matter of fact it's the highest median sales price since January 2004. The data used to construct the graph presented below is for the months of July 2004 - 2009, single residential properties.

Home are beginning to spend less time on the market before being sold. Some interesting numbers were the lowest number of days in September 2006 and the highest number in January 2009.
