Are you interested in doubling or tripling your monthly production?
We've seen many of our clients do just that from our direct mail campaigns. For every $1000 they spend with us they've been making $10,000 - $30,000. Our direct mail pieces and special marketing lists have been generating 3-6% response rates. I would like to share some information with you on our services. Are you open to looking for ways to drive more inbound calls into your company?
Thanks -Justin

Hi everyone!
Well Valentine's Day is fast approaching and this year its my turn to do the planning. (actually every year is supposed to be, but after last years "no show" I have some catching up to do) I already bought the flowers to be delivered at work in front of everyone for the tenacious "bragging rights" even though technically Valentines Day is on Saturday. I also ordered the gift, that will arrive on our doorstep on Saturday...my dilemma is what to do for Dinner, if I plan now I can probably get an okay dinner appointment, but will have to fight the crowds, and terrible service that usually occurs.
Or I could do a home cooked meal...but I don't really know what is romantic to cook (Mac N Cheese, and PB and J's?)
Anyways I could use some advise from the romantics in the community. Thanks!
Okay mybe I'm over-reacting just a little but word is that mortgage rates are going up to an average of of... *hold your breath
5.7 %!!! Ahhhh!!!
Well thats still not that bad but hopefully they won't rise even more. I heard through the grapevine it's because lenders aren't to happy about the hold on the "stimulus package". Then again it's not all bad news, I've also heard senate republicans are pushing for a temporary 4% lock on 30 year fixes!!! Keep an ear to the ground because once that happens you'll want to make sure to get some mailers out to targeted folks, with higher rates. Our FHA streamline mailers we're on fire several weeks ago because of the rates being low...and some companies really missed a good opportunity to make hay while sun was shining!!
Good Luck everyone
Justin Karasek
