Green Builders, owned and run by the much beloved Austin area builder Clark Wilson, has recently introduced Green Remodeling services which help you make energy efficient upgrades to your home or complete an energy efficient remodel.![]()
Starting in June 2009 Austin homeowners will be required to get an energy audit on residential and possibly (highly likely) commercial properties prior to the sale of the property, I can't think of a better opportunity to get a head start than consulting with one of my favorite home builders.
