Fortunately we have seen increased interest and people are looking for homes again. This may be partially to the fact that the media is finally saying that it is a good time to buy now, something they haven't done in a long time.

In Arizona I think you're seeing we are ahead of the narional average as far as ststiatics go. Where as I've been informed the national average of decreased home values is around 15%, in Arizona I feel we are closer to 50% or more in some areas. We are seeing record low prices and interest rates, that makes it a win win for Buyers.

Now is the time to buy in my opinion. Interest rates are dropping to a historic low and prices are lower than I have seen them in probably 4 to 5 years; and some homes are lower than they have ever been period.

The selection to choose from is fantastic and contrary to what you hear on the news, there is money available to borrow and still many good programs out there for homebuyers. I have experienced lenders that I work with that can help you with the process.
