About Us:

A native of Utica, NY, I lived in Tampa, FL for 10 years where I first began my real estate career as a Realtor with Century 21 Sunshine Realty. I later relocated to Cary, NC where I also practiced real estate with Keller Williams Realty for 3 years.

I have since relocated back to CNY to be closer to my family and so my children can grow up within minutes of them. After being many years removed, we are very excited to rediscover what the area has to offer. And I must say, we are very pleased of our experiences so far.

Since our move, I have pondered over what I want to do as a career. I have a 19 month old at home so being a full service Realtor just isn't in my cards, for the next few years anyway. So, I decided to pick apart the many hats we Realtors wear throughout the day and I figured out the area I absolutely love to work. It's marketing,advertising and referrals. The fun part!

Our company was started with a mission to assist astute do-it-yourself home sellers, home builders, investors and landlords to sell and rent privately in the marketing and advertising of their homes. With many years of education, experience, skills and the use of up to date technology, we can increase the exposure of your homes locally and nationally.

How can you help us? The other part of our business is the referral side. The lifeline of our business. This is a FREE SERVICE to you the home buyers and sellers. We recommend that if at anytime you need the professional services of a Realtor to contact us to do the research and interviewing for you. Let us make the initial call to your Realtor of choice and at the closing of your home purchase and/or sale 25% of our referral fee (paid to us by your Realtor) will go into a Trust Fund to assist Adults on the Autistic Spectrum. We are licensed in multiple states so we can provide this service anywhere in the US.
