Thought I'd pop you a note to tell you how much Toni and I appreciate your effort in selling our home. As you know, we tried to sell our home on our own for 2.5 - 3 months with no success. We tried Internet sites, conducting open houses, running ads in the paper and talking to everyone we knew. This effort cost us several thousand dollars and a lot of frustration.
