Everyone seems to be saying the real estate market is not moving forward, and, in addition to that, the prices keep dropping. I know the media is also ho-humming the market, which is just reinforcing how some people are feeling. What I say is, this is the most perfect time for buyers to get a great deal! Not only that, but, the folks who have been wanting to invest in income property can now make that leap. I have seen great deals being made lately and a lot of happy buyers. Oh, I know some will say they are waiting for when prices hit bottom and then they'll buy. But then so will everyone else. You wait, and you'll save possibly some money, but you lose your negotiating power and plethora of homes to choose from. I'm so excited with this market, its not what some agents are familiar with, but, to me it's an awesome market for my buyers!
