Deer Creek is a beautiful community. It is a gated exclusive community of executive homes in North Carrollwood. The homes are close to 3000 square feet or are larger. They are also on larger lots. Deer Creek is located close to Bearss and Dale Mabry which allows for easy access to all points north and south in Tampa. The homes were built in the early 2000's.

Valrico, Fl has been growing. It has had several new subdivisions in the last several years including Southern Oaks Grove, Abbey Grove, Oakwood Terrace and Valterra. It also has a growth in dining experiences from fast food to fine dining. There is are two new Chilis one on Bloomingdale and Lithia Pinecrest, the other on Hwy 60, a Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesdays and more. There is also a New Lowes on Hwy 60 and Mount Carmel.

A short drive west on Hwy 60 takes you to the Brandon Westfield Shopping Center with over 130 stores. Close to Valrico, there are the Tampa and St. Petersburg museums and Performing Arts.
