Wow, interest rates are still incredible!!! Inventory is at it's best selections of all times, and the interest rates are grand! Don't be fooled by the rest of the country, our values are maintaining in the mountains. As a buyer, you have the upper hand in buying power, but don't drag your feet. Properties are selling between the 120-150 days on the market, and often seeing competing offers during this timeframe. The key is, "get under contract, then ask all of the questions", don't miss out on the opportunity, or be squeezed out of the opportunity by another offer. There are also a few really great deals with bank owned properties, but the best deals sell quite quickly. Again, get it under contract, then ask and discover the questions about the property. Consider buying now, even if you wanted to sell your existing property and pay cash later for the same property, use the low interest rates to your advantage and payoff the mortgage after the property sells. JUST A THOUGHT!!!
