I begin my Real Estate career some 30 plus years ago. I started in the trenches and work my way to Sales manager, and after six years in the business, I purchased the Company from the owner who was retiring. This is the only company that I have been with my entire career, which goes against the fact that I love and embrace change. I learned along time ago that the mind "Is like a parashute it operates best, when it's open". I not only take what I do seriously, I happen to love it and, would find it hard to do anything else. I hold a CRB, Certified Real Estate Broker designation From the National Association of Realtors, Member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, where I have earned the Realtor Of The Year, National Association of Real Estate Broker, and recieved their Realtist of the Year award. My company was a member of one of the large Franchise, until three years ago, We returned to our independence. We offer Relocation from a full time Relo cordinator. Customer Service is number one on our list. Quality Service is missing from so many, so call service providers. We service first time home buyers, as well as move up home buyers, there are two levels of move up buyers, median range and upscale. We have programs for both. Our Seller market covers the same groups and we have marketing programs to cover them as well. It is just as important to Qualify a Seller as it is to Qualify a Buyer. Our expertise is in, the use of our knowledge and past experience to eliminate or minimize mistakes and time wasting. Our Relocation Coordinator is Trained in all fascets of relocation and has served on National Relocation Committes. We educate our clients and customers, which helps to eliminate a lot of misunderstanding and misgivings. We seek first to understand the clients objects, and then we make them ours. We try to match agent to the Client or Customer.

We serve a Commercial Client base as well, We have Listed and Sold, Houses of Worship, Service Station, Dealerships, Warehouses, Office Buildings.
