I work from Burlington County down to Cape May County. I put alot of miles on my vehicle, but there is nothing I enjoy more than servicing my clients on any given day
I have been around the real estate business all my life. My Father, Tom Cocco Sr., began investing in real estate in the 1970's, and I gained most of my experience through him. When I started working with my father as a teenager, it was defiantely a sink or swim situation, so I had to figure things out pretty quickly. Now at age 36, I have been involved in literally hundreds of real estate transactions in various capacities and I love it now more than ever. I started as a realtor in July of 2006 with ReMax realtors in Voorhees NJ, and it has been a great situation. Even though ReMax was mainly meant for experienced agents, my broker and I felt that I would be able to hit the ground running, due to my amount of experience in real estate. Since that time, I haven't looked back. It has been very personally rewarding sharing my experience with my clients and helping them avoid the mistakes that I made over the years.
